The Customer Team Leader is dedicated to a specific customer with responsibility of overall business development with that customer. This position has responsibility for managing the interface with a specific customer(s) to drive customer/client sales and to ensure that client DSMP objectives (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) are met at the customer. The position serves as the customers primary point of contact on client specific issues.

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, consumer packaged goods, and/or food brokerage organization or equivalent
- 5+ years successfully managing client expectations

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
