Provide guidance and leadership to SST Retrieval and Closure (SST R&C) and Tank Farm Projects (TFP) field and support personnel assigned to the project, setting the standard for compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements, including the quality of deliverables.
Provide support and analysis of the Corrective Action Management (ESTARS/PERs) process.
Provide event investigations and causal analysis support.
Provide Management Assessment analysis and support.
Support the oversight functions.
Provide performance measures and analysis including support to the WRPS Collective Significant Review process.
Interface with project management, ESH&Q programs, our regulators and customer on issues regarding the Contractor Assurance duties.
Manage the regulatory actions, commitments, PAAA, and assessment programs to ensure actions are timely, complete, and documented.
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 15 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ten years successful management and leadership in Conduct of Operations and regulatory compliance implementation, as well as analysis and decision making, knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements relating to ESH&Q programs and WRPS operations, policies, and procedures, knowledge of nuclear facility operations, characteristics, and history with strong Conduct of Operations background. Demonstrated experience in corrective action, assessment, performance analysis and process improvement programs. Knowledge and experience with DOE/ORP or similar systems, processes, and orders.
