  • Developing and implementing an annual foundation fundraising plan, including strategy and budgets
  • Cultivate a large sustainable base of annual donors by reaching out and securing financial support from various individuals, foundations, and corporations
  • Develop, reviewing and track proposals for foundation funding
  • Oversee all special events related to the foundation
  • Organize annual appeal email letter and direct mailing
  • Manage all records of foundation gifts, donations, and expenses
  • Administer direct mailing of acknowledgment letter for all gifts received
  • Coordinate with corporate foundation team to promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Development or a related field
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' of progressively responsible, non-profit Foundation or fundraising experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
  • Understanding of estate planning, probate, trusts, tax planning for gifts
  • Self-motivated, innovative, works independently, multi-tasks, with ability to prioritize work
  • Be flexible where there are high expectations for meeting tight deadlines
